For more than twenty years, and close to thirty, this house has done two things. It sends travellers to Europe, the United States, Canada and Australia. It also keeps a chalet and resort for guests who arrive from those countries, for a few nights or for a longer rest.

A traveller who has come from Europe, America, Canada or Australia can stay at the Al Bena chalet. Some come for a short rest. Some stay longer. The house is for relaxation, and the times are fixed on the contract.
Entry is at three in the afternoon. Departure is at twelve noon. A longer stay is a new agreement on the same conditions, written with the dates on the contract.

Al Bena Holidays
The chalet is rented as a place of rest.
The printed contract names the company البينا للعطلات, Al Bena Holidays. The first party is the lessor. The guest is the tenant. Dates are written in the Gregorian and Hijri calendars, with the rent and the insurance amount filled in before anyone signs.
The chalet is handed over with its equipment, and it is returned in that same condition. The pool is used only when the permit is renewed. Weapons are not brought inside. What is damaged during the stay is the tenant’s charge.

Digital desk
The agency is kept on a screen, not only on paper.
Skybena runs a digital house. Travel, the hotel and the accounts each have their own address, so a route, a room and a record can be opened without searching through a file. The chalet contract remains the signed paper. The desks around it are digital, so the work of a long-established agency is easy to find.
Chalet rental conditions

These are the conditions on عقد إيجار, the chalet rental agreement of Al Bena Holidays. The signed paper is the agreement. A guest can read the original here.
Download the contract- The tenant pays an insurance of 500 riyals. It is returned when the chalet is handed back in its condition, before the worker or his companion leaves.
- The swimming pool is not used unless the tenant renews the permit with the chalet management. The management is clear of what happens there, and the tenant bears the result.
- Weapons of every kind are forbidden inside the chalet. The tenant is fully responsible before the security authorities.
- The chalet is returned complete, with its equipment, in the state in which it was received.
- The tenant bears every damage that happens to the chalet during the contract.
- A fine of 1,000 riyals applies if glass is broken, or if sand from the pool area is brought into the rooms.
- The booking deposit is not returned to the tenant in any case.
- The full rent is paid before the stay begins. The chalet is used for rest.
- The management is not responsible for anything lost inside the chalet.
- If the tenant misuses the chalet, the tenant bears the consequences before custom, public order and the security authorities.
- The tenant may not sublet the chalet, or pass the rental contract to another person.
- The tenant has no right to recover the rent if they cancel before the end of the agreed period, once the contract is signed.
- The contract is cancelled if one of these conditions is broken. The management may cancel it without giving reasons. The tenant is responsible for electrical damage. If the lessor is not the cause, the lessor pays no compensation.
- In case of fire, the tenant is responsible for the damage.
- The tenant may not ask for the booking deposit back, in any circumstance.
- Arrival is at 3:00 in the afternoon. Departure is at 12:00 noon.
- If the guest does not leave at the stated time, a fine is issued for the amount of the insurance.
The tenant acknowledges that they have rented the Al Bena Holidays chalet on these conditions, and that they alone are responsible before the chalet owner and the security authorities if the chalet is misused during the contract.
